Rich Davidson has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as a Broker for Industrial Sales and Leasing at Colliers International in New Zealand since April 2014, focusing primarily on the Bay of Plenty region. Prior to this role, Rich gained foundational insights into the industry as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Colliers, and held positions as Sales Manager at GradConnection New Zealand and Account Manager at Carter Holt Harvey. Rich’s educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Canterbury, equipping Rich with a strong foundation in business administration and education.
