Robert Kline

Robert (Bob) Kline is an experienced leader in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as Managing Director and Western Region Finance Leader at Colliers International since April 2020. As the CEO of both R.W. Kline Capital and R.W. Kline Companies, roles held since 2008 and 1984 respectively, Kline specializes in capital markets, debt and equity funding, and real estate brokerage, while also overseeing fund formation, acquisitions, and management. Previous positions include Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets and Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, alongside a notable role as Vice President of Land at Pulte Homes and The Communities of Del Webb, where Kline managed significant land operations and acquisitions. Kline's educational background includes studies at the University of Miami and Anne Arundel Community College, culminating in a high school diploma from Severna Park Senior High School.
