Niki Koubourlis

Niki Koubourlis serves as the Regional Finance Director for Colliers in the Northwest and North Central Region, a position held since April 2020 following initial engagement for a strategic planning exercise. Recognized with Colliers' Values Award in 2022, Niki acts as a strategic and financial partner to the Regional President, overseeing financial planning, annual budgeting, and performance management reporting, while fostering relationships with local and national teams. Prior experience includes founding and leading Bold Betties, functioning as COO at Crystal Lagoons, and holding leadership roles at Miral Asset Management LLC and John Buck International. Niki also contributed as an adjunct faculty instructor at WSU Carson College of Business and possesses an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Real Estate Finance from Washington State University.
