With a robust background in site selection, lease negotiations, and retail advisory, Spencer has a proven track record in assisting retailers and developers with various real estate services. Previously, as Principal of Avison Young’s national Retail Advisory Services Group, Spencer provided expertise throughout the Southeast. Spencer's experience also includes senior leadership roles at Transwestern, North American Properties, and The Staubach Company, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to excellence in retail real estate. Spencer holds a degree in Economics from The University of Alabama.
