Steve Holland

Steve Holland is a Senior Vice President at Colliers, where since April 2021, a strong emphasis has been placed on representing innovative and rapidly growing companies in San Diego with real estate transactions. With over 35 years of experience, expertise includes aligning clients' management and operational objectives with strategic real estate solutions that enhance performance and workplace environments. Prior to Colliers, Steve served as Managing Director and Tenant Rep Market Lead at JLL from September 2013 to 2021, and as Senior Vice President at CBRE from March 1997 to August 2013. Steve holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
