Ted Stratman

Ted Stratman currently serves as Senior Vice President in the Multifamily division at Colliers, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ted Stratman was the Managing Partner and Investment Sales Broker at Interra Realty LLC from October 2010 to March 2025, where expertise was applied in the brokerage and disposition of multi-family and mixed-use properties in the Chicagoland area, alongside providing research services to clients. Ted Stratman's earlier experience includes working as an Investment Sales Analyst at Essex Realty Group from October 2009 to October 2010, and in Commercial Real Estate Lending at US Bank from April 2008 to May 2009. Ted Stratman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University and graduated from Omaha Creighton Prep.
