Timour Petrov

Timour Petrov is an accredited appraiser specializing in residential, mixed-use, and industrial development land, currently serving as a Director at Colliers International in Downtown Kitchener. Timour has completed assignments across the Greater Toronto Area, Greater Golden Horseshoe, and various tertiary markets, focusing on income-producing assets such as multifamily and industrial buildings. Prior to joining Colliers, Timour held various analyst positions at SmartREIT, G3 Capital Corp., BMO Capital Markets, and PSP Investments, and gained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo. Timour also participated in an exchange program at Universität Konstanz, enhancing skills in the German language.
