Tom Franchini

Tom Franchini, CCIM, is a seasoned Vice President at Colliers International, where they specialize in industrial and commercial real estate in Albuquerque. With over 20 years of experience, they have a strong background in land acquisitions, sales, and strategic market analysis. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Associate at Grubb & Ellis New Mexico from 2004 to 2013 and was the Past President of the CCIM New Mexico Board of Directors from 2005 to 2012. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of New Mexico, earned in 2004, and is a licensed New Mexico Associate Broker.
