They have extensive experience in real estate investment and advisory services, having held leadership roles at several firms including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and mercato Consult. Ulf was a partner and head of Portfolio Investment & Advisory in Germany at Colliers International from 2015 to 2020, and they also served as Managing Director and Head of Valuation at CBRE from 2003 to 2009. Ulf studied at RICS in 1996.
