David Stephens

David Stephens is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Collin College. David has previous experience working as a Campus Technology Assistant at Plano ISD, Chief Information Officer at Arcana Insurance Services, and Strategic Technology Liaison at the City of Plano. David Stephens has also served as the Chief Information Officer & Director at the City of Pittsburgh. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic implementation of new technology solutions that improved organizational efficiency while meeting City of Plano goals.

David Stephens reports to H. Neil Matkin, District President. They work with Melissa Irby - Chief Financial Officer, Allison Venuto - Chief of Staff Immersion, and Tom Martin - Vice President, Institutional Research.
