Richard Mayorga MS-IE MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard began their career in the US Army, serving as a Stryker Vehicle Commander where they were responsible for maintenance, employment, and training. Following their military service, Richard worked as a Cadet Representative for the National Infantry Association, handling various responsibilities including representing Infantry branched cadets and coordinating events. Richard then joined the United States Corps of Cadets as a Regimental Staff Officer and Cadet First Sergeant, where they supervised and mentored a large staff and was responsible for training and discipline. Richard later transitioned into the corporate sector, working as an Assistant Analyst for the Department of Systems Engineering and as a Manufacturing Engineer for Georgia-Pacific LLC. Richard then joined Procter & Gamble, where they held multiple roles including Manufacturing Line Leader, Project Delivery Leader, and Manufacturing/Process Engineer. At Bell Flight, Richard served as a Sr. Industrial Engineer and later as Supervisor of Production Control and Logistics. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Model Based Industrial Engineer at Collinear Group. Richard's extensive experience in leadership, training, and engineering make him a valuable asset in their field.

Richard Mayorga has an extensive education history, starting with their enrollment at DeBakey High School from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they attended the United States Military Academy Preparatory School in 2010 and later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Management and Defense and Strategic Studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2011 to 2014.

Continuing their academic journey, Mayorga went on to complete their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Florida from 2017 to 2019. Richard furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business in 2020, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

Seeking additional knowledge, Mayorga pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Data Science at Northcentral University in 2022. Alongside their formal education, they obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in August 2014, showcasing their expertise in process improvement and quality management.
