Daniel Schwarz

Daniel Schwarz has a long and varied work experience in the corporate finance and consulting sectors. Daniel began their career in 2006 as an Internship Corporate Finance Credit Analyst at HSBC. In 2007, they volunteered as a Teacher in Nepal with HVP. In 2008, they were an Acquisition Target Analyst Internship at Standard Chartered Bank. In 2010, they were an Audit and Financial Restructuring Executive at Grant Thornton UK LLP. In 2013, they were a Business Development Director at Focus | Unlocking potential. Driving results. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Summer Consultant and then a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). From 2017 to 2022, they held various roles at DMGT plc, including Head of Corporate Development, Licensing, Partnerships - Harmsworth Media, Managing Director - Special Projects, DMG Media, Director - Strategy & M&A, and Strategy Director. Daniel is currently the Director of Corporate Finance at Collingwood Advisory Ltd.

Daniel Schwarz obtained their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) 2.1 in Economics from Durham University between 2006 and 2009. From 2000 to 2005, they attended The King's School, Canterbury. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD. In 2014, they obtained an ACA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
