Jodie Sizer, inaugural CEO of the Great Ocean Road Parks and Coast Authority, is a Djab Wurrung, Gunditjmara woman and one of Australia’s foremost Indigenous leaders.
A life-long Collingwood supporter who has been the chair of the club’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) sub-committee, Jodie is currently co-chair of the club’s Expert Committee on Anti-racism and alongside Peter Murphy oversaw the commissioning of the Do Better report. Sizer has worked with tertiary institutions, governments, sports codes and major businesses in creating meaningful change for Aboriginal people.
Sizer has qualified as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), is the Chair of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Studies and a director of the Ebony Institute. Sizer possesses a strong background in corporate governance and is a graduate of a number of leadership programs, is listed in the AFR 100 most influential women, Victorian Women’s Honour roll and Australia’s Who’s Who publication.
