Alyssa McCarthy

Alyssa McCarthy is a seasoned professional in contract management and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Functional Excellence, Contracts at Collins Aerospace since November 2018. In this strategic leadership role, Alyssa drives excellence and innovation in contracting practices and lifecycle management, overseeing the development of contract processes and policies. Previous positions include Director of Contracts for Aerostructures and Associate Director of Contracts, where Alyssa led significant contracts, including $1.8 billion in revenue for military engine contracts. Alyssa's extensive experience spans various organizations, including UTC Aerospace Systems, Mercury Federal Systems, and Raytheon, where responsibilities ranged from managing complex international contracts to advising on regulatory compliance. Alyssa holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Northeastern University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tufts University.
