Currently serving as Vice President of HR for Global Functions at Collins Aerospace since April 2023, Ashley has previously held significant positions at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, Collins Aerospace, UTC Aerospace Systems, Spirit AeroSystems, Bombardier Aerospace Learjet Inc, and INTRUST Bank. Ashley’s strategic HR expertise spans workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement, supporting thousands of employees globally. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wichita State University.
