Brian Vavra

Brian Vavra is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and enterprise operations. Since January 2019, Brian has held the position of Director and Counsel at Collins Aerospace, previously serving as Assistant General Counsel for Real Estate. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Real Estate Associate at Benesch Law from January 2018 to December 2018 and at Thompson Hine LLP from July 2015 to December 2017. Brian also has experience as Director of Development and General Counsel at BNR Ventures and as Senior Policy Advisor and Project Manager for several organizations, including The People for Joe Cimperman, Downtown Cleveland Alliance, and Flats Forward Inc. With a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin, Brian combines legal expertise with business acumen.
