Cody Candler

Cody Candler is an experienced engineering project leader, currently serving as the Principal Engineering Project Lead at Collins Aerospace since August 2021, after previously holding the Senior Engineering Project Lead position. With over a decade of experience at Halliburton, Cody functioned as a Senior Project Manager overseeing projects across the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific, and was invited to return after a brief hiatus during the oil, gas, and energy industry downturn. Cody also held roles as a Project Manager at Halliburton and Lead Field Engineer at Schlumberger Oilfield Services, where notable achievements included rapid promotion within a trainee program and leading complex operations while ensuring quality control. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota.
