Courtney Hood

Courtney Hood is an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer at Collins Aerospace since January 2019, specializing in ensuring suppliers maintain approved Quality systems. Key responsibilities have included leading efforts for North and Southeast region suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, and managing quality audits. Courtney has participated in the Quality Engineer Rotational Program ("Q-LEAD"), successfully engaging in roles that involve process improvement and supplier quality enhancement. Previous internships at John Deere and Syngenta provided valuable insights into customer product support and data management, further complemented by a research assistant role at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticultural Science from the same institution.
