Donna Laboda

Donna Laboda has extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as the Associate Director and Technical Chief Engineer for the F135 program at Collins Aerospace since February 2021. In this role, Donna collaborates with integrated product teams to enhance controls hardware reliability and oversee robust RCCA activities. Previously, as Senior Manager Program Chief Engineer, responsibilities included managing systems such as pumps and gearboxes while mentoring new and sustaining engineers. Prior roles include Principal Engineer at Belcan, focusing on fuel components for the T901 FMU project, and multiple engineering positions at Honeywell Aerospace from 2003 to 2018, where Donna led analysis teams and developed engineering methodologies. Donna began their career as an intern at Woodward, Inc. and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
