Erika Prain

Erika Prain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Power & Controls MRO Americas Region General Manager and Director of Operations at Collins Aerospace since February 2022. Prior to this role, Erika held various leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace USA from June 2011 to January 2022, including Sr. Director of Customer Operations and Director of Materials Management, where significant improvements in delivery and supply chain efficiency were achieved. Erika's earlier career includes clinical roles at Mayo Clinic and St. Joseph's Hospital, with foundational education in microbiology and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
