John Westbrook

John Westbrook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Director and Value Stream Lead for Model-Based Enterprise at Collins Aerospace since September 2017, John focuses on driving enterprise-wide transformation through digital integration strategies, aligning stakeholders, and advancing model-based capabilities. Prior to this role, John held several directorial positions within Collins Aerospace, including leadership roles in Data Products and Digital Technology Business Relationship Management. From August 2013 to September 2017, John worked at UTC Aerospace Systems as SAP Support Manager, overseeing the implementation of SAP across multiple sites. Earlier in career history, John managed product design and engineering teams at UTC Aerospace Systems, and began with an apprenticeship at Ingersoll Machine Tools. John holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield, earned between 2013 and 2016.
