Joseph Laking currently serves as a Supplier Quality Manager at Collins Aerospace, providing expertise in supplier quality functions and serving as the focal point for work transfer and certified PPAP initiatives. Joseph's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Nexteer Automotive, where roles ranged from Regional Competitiveness Manager to Senior Supplier Development Engineer, focusing on enhancing business competitiveness and managing program launches. Additionally, Joseph holds a significant role as a Lieutenant/EMT at Tittabawassee Fire Department, recognized as Firefighter of the Year on two occasions.
