Leni Wray

Leni Wray currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at APEX Space & Defense Systems, a role assumed in August 2023, after leading Continuous Improvement efforts at Unitech Composites since July 2021. Wray's extensive experience includes positions as Associate Director of Operational Excellence at Collins Aerospace and Operations Manager for the 787 Value Stream at UTC Aerospace Systems. Wray's career began at Goodrich Aerostructures, progressing from Industrial Engineer to Operations Manager for the V2500 Value Stream. Wray holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
