Rayna Fraker

Rayna Fraker is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership and management roles. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Leader at Collins Aerospace since July 2023, Rayna previously held positions at Raytheon Intelligence & Space as a Supply Chain Specialist and Material Program Manager between July 2022 and July 2023. Prior to that, Rayna spent nearly nine years at Bucher Emhart Glass in roles such as Replenishment Manager AM, Replenishment Team Leader O-I, and Strategic Purchaser. Rayna's earlier career included positions at O-I as a Customer Service Representative for West Coast Craft Beer, Sr. Buyer/Planner, and Mechanical CAD Designer, along with CAD Technician roles at Intec Engineering and NSS Toledo Inc. Rayna began professional endeavors in childcare before pursuing an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology at Owens Community College and attended The University of Toledo for further education.
