Reagan Goodson

Reagan Goodson is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Engineering Manager at Collins Aerospace since August 2025, Reagan previously held the role of Senior Software Engineering Manager at James River Insurance Company, where responsibilities included overseeing Agile development teams and enhancing enterprise-scale insurance platforms. Earlier positions include Software Development Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, leading full-stack teams and directing major claims system upgrades, as well as roles as Senior IT Project Manager and Project Consultant. Prior experience includes management at McLeod Software and TaxBreak, as well as founding Imagine Document Solutions. Reagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama.
