Sarathi Shah

Sarathi Shah is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple countries and industries. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Board Member for Collins Aerospace in India since May 2019, Sarathi has previously held key positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Yokogawa and Financial Controller at Alstom, focusing on finance leadership in rail metro projects. Prior to these roles, Sarathi was CFO and Country Finance Director at ABB in Indonesia, overseeing finance functions and compliance for joint ventures. Sarathi has also served in several finance-focused positions within ABB's Malaysia and India operations. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, complemented by executive education from IMD.
