Sean Palleschi

Sean Palleschi currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations Finance at Collins Aerospace, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sean was the VP and CFO of Presto Products at Reynolds Consumer Products from May 2024 to September 2025. Sean's experience also includes significant positions at Carrier, where roles ranged from Segment CFO for Fire & Security to Chief Financial Officer of Industrial Fire Products and Solutions. Previous roles include Vice President of Financial Operations and Controller at Cubic Global Defense and Associate Director of Finance at United Technologies. Sean began a career at Pratt & Whitney, where responsibilities included financial oversight for various divisions and products. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
