Shea Jackson

Shea Jackson is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Security Officer at Collins Aerospace since January 2024, Shea previously held the same position at Smiths Detection from November 2015 to January 2024, overseeing security, cyber, and IT operations for U.S. activities. Prior to that, Shea managed the Midwest Operations Security at Ball Aerospace and served as a Senior Security Manager at BAE Systems, where notable achievements included enhancing security postures and obtaining commendable ratings from the Defense Security Service. Earlier roles at GE Aviation included managing operations for security and fire safety at a large facility. Shea holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Thomas More University, obtained in 1997.
