Tye van Haren

Tye Van Haren is a seasoned professional in the aerospace industry with extensive experience in value stream management and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Value Stream Management at Collins Aerospace since November 2018, Tye has previously held significant roles within the company, including Associate Director of Interior Products Value Stream Management and Associate Director of Business Development. Prior to Collins Aerospace, Tye worked at UTC Aerospace Systems, where responsibilities included Associate Director of Aftermarket Business Development and Aftermarket Manager for New Product Development. Additional experience includes positions at Honeywell and General Dynamics C4 Systems, as well as a long tenure at Intel Corporation in process engineering. Tye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, earned in 2000.
