Bryce Pfister

Bryce Pfister has extensive work experience in various leadership and management positions within the manufacturing industry. Bryce is currently serving as the Vice President / General Manager at Collins Bus Corporation since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at REV Group, Inc as the Vice President of Operational Excellence and Engineering, Commercial Division from March 2016 to May 2022. Bryce also held the role of Vice President / General Manager at ElDorado National Kansas, Inc. from May 2015 to March 2016. Additionally, Bryce has over a decade of experience at Collins Bus Corporation, where they held the positions of Vice President, Director of Operations, and Director of Engineering, responsible for implementing various business strategies, achieving record EBITDA, improving quality processes, streamlining business processes, and leading disaster recovery efforts. Before their time at Collins Bus Corporation, they worked at Mobile Tech Corporation as an Engineering Manager and Design Engineer.

Bryce Pfister has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University. Bryce attended the university from 1987 to 1991. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Friends University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Bryce Pfister has obtained several certifications. Bryce received the Value Methodology Associate (VMA) certification from Save International in July 2021. Bryce also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, both obtained from OpusWorks in June 2021 and March 2021, respectively. Furthermore, Bryce Pfister has been certified as a Professional Engineer by the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions in July 1996.
