Wallace Mosher

Wallace Mosher is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and underwater construction. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Diver at Collins Engineers, Inc. since 2013, Wallace is also a National Highway Institute Certified Instructor specializing in Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques for Steel Bridges, as well as underwater bridge inspection and repair. Prior to this role, Wallace worked at Appledore Marine Engineering from August 2005 to August 2013 as an Engineer and Diver, and from 1993 to 2005 at VHB as a Project Manager and Engineer. Wallace holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Materials and Structures from the University of New Hampshire, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
