Carla K. serves as the Vice President of People & Culture for the Americas at Collinson, leading strategic initiatives in the region and focusing on employer branding, talent retention, and workforce development. As the Founder and Chief HR Designer of CK Cross Consulting, Inc., Carla provides interim HR leadership to various organizations. Previously, Carla held the role of SVP and Chief Human Resources, Diversity & Experience Officer at JPS Health Network, overseeing comprehensive HR functions. Carla's career also includes significant roles at Noble Energy, Memorial Hermann Health System, and a tenure as a Military Instructor in the United States Air Force. Carla holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and a Master's degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development and Human Resources from Webster University.
