Manuel began their career at AMERICAN EXPRESS TRS as a Regional Director for Global Network Services, where they successfully managed and developed the Latin America and Caribbean markets. Manuel then joined MasterCard, where they held multiple positions including Country General Manager and Vice President of Loyalty Solutions. During their time at MasterCard, Manuel was responsible for operations, product development, and driving revenue growth.

In 2018, Manuel joined Spero Consulting, Inc. as a Principal. Manuel specialized in large-scale transformational projects for enterprise customers, focusing on evolving operating models, integrating technology and services, and building new architectures based on business requirements.
