Sheryl Pflaum

Sheryl is leading the Americas team to positively impact the strategy and growth of our business. Her primary focus is on evolving the region while protecting the core business. An energetic leader who is capable of leading teams through business transformation, she continues to prioritize the delivery of tangible value to all clients, partners and employees while broadening our expertise throughout the region.

Sheryl joined Collinson in 2005 with a sole focus on Priority Pass where she built and leveraged talented resources and commercial practices to grow that business to its current level of success. During her time, the region expanded upon its success to grow the TE business beyond the Financial Services sector. In addition to expanding the Americas TE business tremendously, she has ensured excellent delivery to existing clients and consumers by focusing on sustainable business practices. Before Collinson, Sheryl’s career spanned roles in sales, marketing and business operations with a strong focus on helping large companies evolve their business through product and market expansion.
