Simon Feeney

Vice President, Procurement & ESG at Collinson

Simon Feeney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Simon started their career at Reed Hospitality and Industrial as a Graduate Trainee before moving on to become an Operations Support Manager. Simon then joined Reed in Partnership as a Senior Quality Manager and later became a Supply Chain Manager. In 2012, Simon joined Virgin Atlantic as a Procurement Manager and subsequently took on roles as Procurement Category Manager and Head of Procurement - Engineering. In 2015, they became a Visiting Lecturer at Bayes Business School and also served as a member of the MSc in Management Programmes Advisory Board. Simon's most recent position was at Collinson, where they started as a Procurement Director before being promoted to Vice President, Procurement & ESG. Simon is currently involved in The Sustainable Procurement Pledge as a Co-Chair and Ambassador for the Travel & Hospitality Chapter, where they aim to drive sustainable practices in the industry.

Simon Feeney has an education history that includes completing a business sustainability management program at the University of Cambridge in 2023. Prior to that, they earned an MBA (with distinction) from Bayes Business School between 2011 and 2012 with a focus on business administration and strategic management. Their undergraduate studies were undertaken at the University of Exeter from 2000 to 2003, where they graduated with a BA (Hons) 2.1 in business and management. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Complete Skilled Negotiator from The Gap Partnership in February 2020.
