Stephen Hay

Stephen Hay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Stephen started their career at Cathay Pacific as the Manager of Communication and Market Development. After that, they joined ICLP where they held various positions including Director of Loyalty Development, General Manager, and Regional Director for the Asia Pacific region. Stephen then moved on to International SOS as the Regional General Manager for Aspire Lifestyles Asia. Following that, they worked at AsiaTop Loyalty as an Advisor for Loyalty. Stephen also served as the Head of Loyalty at Key Points Exchange Limited (KPEX). Currently, Stephen is working at Collinson as the Global Strategy Director.
