Emily Audrain

Emily Audrain (Ganschinietz) is an experienced professional in the fields of science education and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a High School Science Teacher for Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 since August 2020, Emily has also been a Bio Environmental Engineer with the Illinois Air National Guard since July 2014, where responsibilities include directing bioenvironmental engineering activities and advising on operational risk management. Prior roles include serving as a Health and Safety Professional II at Washington University in St. Louis, conducting safety audits, and an EHS Intern focused on chemical safety. Additional experience includes positions as a Medication Assistant Coach at INRange Systems, Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, and Quality Control Technician at both Nuplex Resins and Louisa Food Products, Inc. Emily holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental, Energy & Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
