Arleigh Banner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They are currently working as the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at CollXab, a full-service collaborations agency. Before this, they worked as the Events Director at The Surf Lodge in Montauk, NY. Arleigh also has extensive experience in the marketing and communications field, having held positions such as Partnerships Manager and Senior Account Executive at SHADOW, an integrated marketing and communications agency. Prior to that, they worked as an Embroidery Designer Intern at Brocade Creations, Inc and as a Visual Merchandising Assistant at Bloomingdale's. Arleigh's career started as a Special Events Assistant at Plan It Parties.

Arleigh Banner received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 2011 to 2015.
