Brent Halbert

Brent Halbert, CPA, MT has over 19 years of experience in tax management. Brent is currently serving as a Tax Director at Cologix, Inc. since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Whiting Petroleum Corporation from December 2015 to August 2019. Brent also has tax director experience at Ricoh USA, Inc. from 2008 to 2015, where they played a key role in various tax-related projects and managed a team of eleven coworkers. Before joining Ricoh, they worked as a Tax Manager at EY from 2006 to 2008 and as a Senior Tax Manager at DISH Network from 2002 to 2005. Brent started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Senior in Tech and M&A advisory from 2000 to 2002.

Brent Halbert, CPA, MT holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Colorado State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Real Estate Majors from the same university. Brent is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.
