Luis Felipe Diaz Mantilla

Luis Felipe Diaz Mantilla is an experienced legal advisor with a robust background in public sector legal affairs. Currently serving as Asesor Jurídico at the Departamento Nacional de Planeación since January 2019, Luis Felipe provides legal counsel on issues related to the formulation and implementation of the National Development Plan 2022-2026. Additionally, since December 2019, Luis Felipe has held the position of Asesor Jurídico at the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de Colombia, focusing on legal support for the promotion of social welfare for victims of armed conflict. Prior roles at the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social include Professional Jurídico and Abogado, where Luis Felipe contributed to monitoring human rights rulings and drafting legal responses.
