Maritza Silva Vargas

Maritza Silva Vargas is an experienced professional focused on public policy evaluation and organizational management in the health and social sectors. Currently serving as the Coordinadora del Grupo de Estudios Sectoriales y Evaluación de Política Pública at the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de Colombia since January 2019, Maritza leads the generation of technical evidence for decision-making. Previous roles include Líder SIG at the Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, where oversight of the Integrated Management System was a key responsibility, and several positions in various organizations dedicated to social inclusion for people with disabilities. Maritza holds advanced degrees, including a Magister en Pensamiento Estratégico y Prospectiva and a Máster Life & Business Coaching, complementing an educational background in business administration and financial management.
