“COLVISEG, Colombiana de Vigilancia y Seguridad Ltda.", Se constituyó el 06 Septiembre de 1982 mediante escritura pública No. 4693 de la Notaría Cuarta de Bogotá. Fueron Socios fundadores los señores Juan Blanco Mantilla, Hernando Sandoval Hernández y Guillermo García Gil, quienes en el año de 1983 transfirieron la propiedad a quienes hoy conforma la Junta de Socios así: Sr. Miguel Ángel Orjuela Campo. Sr. Carlos Gamboa Uribe, en representación de Inversiones Gamburibe. COLVISEG Ltda., desde su inicio fijó como objeto social el ser una Compañía comercial de responsabilidad limitada; su domicilio principal en Bogotá D.C., y sucursal en Yopal, con diferentes agencias y puntos de servicio en el país cumpliendo a nivel nacional con los requisitos de la norma y los estándares BASC, la norma ISO 9001, la norma OHSAS 18001 y el RUC.
