Kosala Puhulwella

Kosala Puhulwella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resource development and administration, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Colombo Dockyard PLC since June 2007. Kosala has led various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, recruitment, training and development, industrial relations, and performance management. Previous roles include Manager in Projects Proposal Development and Marketing, as well as Head of Training and Development, where strategic planning and implementation of training needs were primary responsibilities. Kosala has also held positions such as Head of Section for both Projects Development and Electrical Outfitting, demonstrating strong project management and administrative skills in shipbuilding. Earlier career experiences included roles as an Electrical Engineer and Management Trainee focused on security system installation and design.
