Coleen Kline, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Colonial Companies since October 2014, Coleen has previously held key positions at RadioShack, including Compliance Manager for Environmental & Product Safety, Ethics & Corporate Compliance Manager, and Employee Relations Manager. Additionally, Coleen began a career in social work as a Volunteer Coordinator and Licensed Social Worker at Ada County Juvenile Court Services from 1996 to 2000. Coleen earned a Bachelor's degree from Boise State University.
