Beverly Wise

Winner of two leadership awards and an accomplished business, human resources, organization development and community leader, Beverly Wise is passionate about effective leadership in any aspect of society. Her career has featured executive level leadership in multiple industries including financial services, commercial construction, consulting and a global non-profit. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in many leadership disciplines, including influencing change, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and leading organizations and divisions to achieve desired goals and objectives.

In addition, her community involvement history includes chairperson and board positions in various non-profits such as United Way, Hospice, Workforce Investment Board, Lancaster City Alliance, and Penn State Outreach and Online Education. Lastly, she was an Instructor at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, a facilitator for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Executive Women’s Peer Group, and an Instructor for the Pennsylvania Bankers’ Association.
