Doug Wynn

From there, they worked at Mead Containerboard as a Senior Process Engineer and later joined Smurfit-Stone Container as an Assistant Superintendent.

In 2009, Doug joined Colonial Chemical, Inc. as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing various aspects of production, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Doug achieved significant sales growth during their tenure and supervised a team of 35 employees. Doug then progressed to the role of Director of Operations, where they managed production, supply chain, engineering, quality, and customer service. Under their leadership, the company achieved 100% revenue growth over three years.

In 2018, Doug was promoted to Vice President of Operations, where they had senior-level responsibility for all operational aspects of the company. Doug played a key role in the company's growth and success. In 2021, they assumed the position of Executive Vice President of Global Operations, leading a team of over 130 employees.
