Peter Chetcuti has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Peter is currently serving as the President of Colonial Chemical M.E. Arabia. Prior to this, they were the President of StarChem, LLC for over 13 years, where they significantly grew revenues, transformed the business from a loss-making entity to a profitable enterprise, and supported the development of new business entities in Honduras and Colombia. Before StarChem, they worked as a Regional Business Director at Huntsman and as the N. America Business Unit Manager at Ciba Specialty Chemicals. Peter also held various roles at Ciba Specialty Chemicals, including Sales Director and Marketing Manager. Early in their career, they worked as a Research Scientist at Ciba-Geigy.
Peter Chetcuti received their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Bristol from 1978 to 1981. Peter went on to earn their PhD in Chemistry from UCLA between 1981 and 1986.
