Faisal Abdul

Faisal Abdul has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as FirstChoice Manager Specialist Services at Colonial First State since April 2019. Faisal has held various roles within the company, including Operations and Quality Manager, Senior Quality Analyst, Customer Service Team Leader, and Contact Centre Coach, where responsibilities included managing a team of 12-14, promoting an inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance for audits. Prior to Colonial First State, Faisal worked as a Retail Salesworker at Platypus Shoes from November 2017 to April 2019. Faisal holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies with a focus on Finance and Actuarial from UNSW, completed in 2018, and received education at Homebush Boys High School.
