Jeroen Buwalda

Jeroen Buwalda has a rich work experience, having held various leadership roles in renowned companies. Jeroen is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Colonial First State since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Global Business Services and Chief Operating Officer at Eastspring Investments in Prudential plc from January 2017 to September 2022. Jeroen also worked as a Partner at EY from November 2010 to January 2017, and as an Executive at BT from June 2003 to November 2010. Their career started at Accenture, where they worked as a Consultant from March 1997 to June 2003.

Jeroen Buwalda obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam between 1991 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed their VWO at Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden in the Netherlands from 1985 to 1991.
