Nick Clemence is currently the Director of Operational Risk and has held several leadership roles in risk and compliance at Colonial First State from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Commonwealth Bank from 2009 to 2012, where they served as Senior Manager in Policy, Issues and Compliance, among other positions. Nick earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Otago, graduating in 1996.
